PRIVACY NOTICE

What we do with your details

Plain and short. If anything here is unclear, write to [CONTACT EMAIL] and ask.

Who is responsible

The data controller is Ultramaratonas, VšĮ, company code 304584947, Laisvės pr. 60, Vilnius, Lithuania. Contact: [CONTACT EMAIL].

What is collected

Stage one of the form: your full name and email address. Stage two, all of it optional: country, age band, running history, your goal, obstacles, priorities, coaching history and indicative budget, willingness to travel, which tier might suit you, whether you want to be considered for the first cohort, anything you write to Aleksandr, and how you heard about the Academy.

We also store the fact that you gave consent and when, and a one-way hashed fingerprint of your connection used purely to block automated spam. No cookies and no advertising trackers are used anywhere on this site.

Why

To contact you about the Academy — when it opens, and when places are offered — and to design it around real athletes rather than guesses.

Legal basis

Your consent, given by ticking the box on the form (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)). You can withdraw it at any time, with no explanation needed, using the unsubscribe link in any email we send you or by writing to [CONTACT EMAIL].

Where it is stored

On servers inside the European Union, held by our hosting and database providers acting on our instructions.

How long it is kept

Until the Academy's first cohorts are formed and you have had your answer, or until you ask us to delete it — whichever comes first. If we have not been in contact for three years, the record is deleted.

Sharing

Never shared, never sold, never passed to advertisers or partners. Only Aleksandr, Sebastian and the people directly organising the Academy can see it.

Members' area

People accepted into the Academy, or invited into the members' area, also have a member record. It holds their name, email address, membership tier, membership status, and the date they joined.

Signing in is by one-time email link — there is no password. The email address and sign-in timestamps are handled by Supabase, our hosting and database provider, with the data stored inside the European Union.

We keep brief internal notes about members, used only for coaching and administration. They are never shown publicly and never shared. A member may ask for a copy of them at any time.

Member records are kept for as long as the membership lasts and for [RETENTION PERIOD AFTER MEMBERSHIP ENDS] afterwards, to meet accounting and legal obligations. After that they are deleted.

Your rights

For both founding list and member data, you can ask for a copy of what we hold, have it corrected, have it deleted, and withdraw your consent. Write to [CONTACT EMAIL] and we will act on it. You also have the right to complain to your national data protection authority.
